Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Clearbrook system. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of purchase. During this time, you may exchange or return your item for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products showing signs of improper use or damage may not qualify for refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase is required.
Only purchases made directly through clearbrookfilters.com are eligible.
Used filter elements are not returnable.

Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased at clearbrookfilters.com goes on sale within 7 days of your order date, you’re eligible for a one-time price adjustment.

Warranty Information: 2-Year Limited Warranty
All Clearbrook filters and systems are manufactured by Clearbrook, LLC, ensuring the highest quality standards. Every product is inspected prior to shipment, making defects rare.
If you believe your product has a defect due to workmanship or materials, contact us — it may qualify for replacement under our limited warranty.
Warranty Terms:
Coverage extends for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Your exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement.
Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.
Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from clearbrookfilters.com or authorized Clearbrook dealers.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or pressure beyond design limits
Damage caused by freezing, neglect, or non-standard water systems
Performance Variations:
Flow rate, taste, and filter lifespan can vary depending on water quality and pressure and are not guaranteed under this warranty.
Liability Limitations:
Clearbrook is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage from leaks or misuse. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Warranty Service:
To initiate a claim, email info@clearbrookfilters.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. We may request that the product or photos be returned for inspection before determining eligibility.
